wlnpkr Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Pakistan's Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wlnpkr ("we", "us", "the Platform", "wlnpkr"), accessible at wlnpkr.biz. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any service offered by wlnpkr, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the wlnpkr Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wlnpkr. In any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence unless stated otherwise.

wlnpkr operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform. All transactions on wlnpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is intended exclusively for players located in Pakistan who meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

To open and maintain an account with wlnpkr, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wlnpkr does not permit any person under 18 to create an account or access real-money games, regardless of claimed age.
• You must be located in Pakistan and using a Pakistani payment method. wlnpkr reserves the right to restrict access from other jurisdictions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or intermediary for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of wlnpkr or any of its affiliated providers.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Pakistani law.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion or account closure on wlnpkr or any other platform where self-exclusion extends to wlnpkr.

Each player may hold one account only on wlnpkr. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same phone number, the same payment method, or the same device — is a violation of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you are required to provide:

• A valid mobile number registered in Pakistan
• A valid email address that you actively use
• Your date of birth (accurate — not estimated)
• A username and secure password of your choice

wlnpkr may request identity verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. You agree to provide requested documents promptly. Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wlnpkr account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. wlnpkr will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support at support@wlnpkr.biz immediately.

All financial transactions on wlnpkr — deposits, withdrawals, winnings, cashback, and bonuses — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no foreign exchange fees, and no USD-denominated values at any point in the process.

Supported Deposit Methods

wlnpkr accepts deposits via the following methods, all of which are commonly used across Pakistan:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer from your registered Easypaisa account
• JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer from your registered JazzCash account
• NayaPay — digital bank transfer via NayaPay app
• SadaPay — digital bank transfer via SadaPay
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — Interbank Fund Transfer from any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit displayed in the UI, but high-value deposits may trigger an account review. Deposits are credited to your wlnpkr wallet immediately or within the timeframe of the payment provider — typically under 5 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by the wlnpkr finance team. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders. Standard processing times are:

wlnpkr does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. You may submit one withdrawal request per day. Requests submitted during system maintenance windows may be delayed; in such cases, the delay will not exceed 24 hours.

wlnpkr reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if the account is under verification review, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering, or if the account has an unresolved dispute in progress. In such cases, wlnpkr will communicate with you within 48 hours explaining the reason and expected timeline.

wlnpkr accepts sports bets on football, cricket, esports, and other covered events as listed on the platform at any given time. All bets are accepted subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, odds cannot be changed retroactively — except in cases of clear pricing errors (see below).
• Minimum bet stake is Rs 100 per selection. Maximum stakes vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• All confirmed bets are final. Cancellation after confirmation is not available except under specific void conditions.
• Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are available. The potential return is calculated automatically in the betslip before confirmation.
• If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg at odds of 1.00 for the voided selection.

Void Bets

A bet is voided and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled before it begins and is not rescheduled within 48 hours
• The event is officially abandoned with no result declared
• A clear pricing error was made and the correct odds were materially different from those displayed
• The market was opened or closed in error and wlnpkr has reasonable grounds to void affected bets

Pricing Errors

If a market is offered at odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical error, wlnpkr reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds even after settlement. "Clearly and materially incorrect" means odds that are out of line with all reasonable market benchmarks by a factor that no reasonable bettor would have expected to find genuine. wlnpkr will communicate with affected players and provide full stake refunds in such cases.

All casino games, crash games, jackpot slots, baccarat, and Ludo rooms on wlnpkr use a certified random number generator (RNG). The RNG produces statistically independent outcomes that cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by the platform, the player, or any external party. wlnpkr does not alter game outcomes based on account balance, bet size, session history, or any other factor.

For Ludo Games specifically: dice outcomes are generated by the same certified RNG. The platform does not control which moves the system makes on behalf of a disconnected player beyond the standard auto-move rules described in the Ludo Games section of the site. Entry fees for Ludo rooms are non-refundable once a game begins, except in cases of verified platform-side technical failure.

For crash games: the multiplier at which each round crashes is determined by a provably fair algorithm. The platform cannot extend or shorten the crash point after a round has started. Any claim that crash outcomes are manipulated will be investigated via the round audit log, which is available to players on request for their own game history.

House edge percentages for each game category are stated in the individual game information sections on the platform. By playing any game, you acknowledge that the house edge means the platform has a statistical advantage over time, and that individual session outcomes — including large wins and large losses — are within the normal variance of that game's design.

wlnpkr offers bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated at the point of offer. The general conditions that apply to all wlnpkr bonuses are as follows:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Standard wagering requirement is stated per promotion — typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount. The specific requirement is always disclosed at the time of the offer.
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slots contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute less. Crash games contribution is stated per promotion.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 2,000 per round or selection, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets above this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is 5x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different cap.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers ("bonus abuse") is prohibited under Section 9.

The wlnpkr VIP Club operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. Progression through tiers is automatic and based on cumulative wagering volume tracked by the platform. Tier status is reviewed weekly.

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within each rolling seven-day period and credited to the main PKR wallet every Friday at 23:59 PKT. Cashback credited through the VIP Club carries no wagering requirements — it is real PKR that can be withdrawn immediately.

The following general conditions apply to the VIP Club:

• Tier downgrading may occur if wagering volume drops below the threshold for the current tier over a 30-day rolling window.
• VIP status is personal to your account and cannot be transferred.
• wlnpkr reserves the right to modify cashback percentages, tier thresholds, or benefits with reasonable notice. Existing cashback already credited is not affected by changes.
• VIP perks — including dedicated account managers, priority withdrawals, and exclusive promotions — are described on the VIP Club page and are subject to availability.
• Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms may be removed from the VIP programme and forfeit any pending cashback.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wlnpkr and will result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and where applicable, legal action:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one wlnpkr account, regardless of the device or payment method used
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using payment methods belonging to others without authorisation, or misrepresenting your location
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating payment chargebacks after using deposited funds for gambling activity
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including pattern betting to extract bonus value while minimising genuine risk (also known as "bonus hunting" or "gnoming")
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to place bets or play games without genuine human interaction
• Money laundering: Using wlnpkr to deposit, move, or withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity. wlnpkr complies with all applicable anti-money laundering obligations and reports suspicious activity as required.
• Advantage play on technical errors: Knowingly exploiting a platform error — including pricing errors, software bugs, or data feed delays — for financial gain

wlnpkr may suspend or close any account at its discretion. The most common reasons for account action are:

• Violation of these Terms, including any of the prohibited conduct listed in Section 9
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering
• A self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12+ consecutive months may be marked dormant)

In cases of suspension due to suspected violations, available funds are held pending investigation. If the investigation finds no violation, all funds are released and the account may be reinstated. If a violation is confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support at support@wlnpkr.biz. Voluntary closures initiated by you will result in all verified available funds being returned to your primary payment method within 5 working days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled and added to the return amount.

wlnpkr collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to the data practices described in that document. Key points are summarised here:

• Your personal data is used to manage your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• wlnpkr does not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data shared with payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.) is limited to what is required to process your transaction.
• You have the right to request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your account data — subject to our legal retention obligations.

wlnpkr takes problem gambling seriously and maintains a full set of responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account settings. These include:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount that takes effect immediately
• Session reminders: Receive pop-up notifications after a specified time spent on the platform in a single session
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend real-money access for a period of your choice (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account for a minimum of 6 months with no option to reopen during that period

All responsible gaming tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed before their stated expiry — this is intentional, to ensure tools function as genuine protections rather than easily undone settings.

If you have a complaint about a game result, a payment, an account action, or any other matter related to wlnpkr, you should follow this process:

1. Contact support first — email support@wlnpkr.biz with full details of the issue, your account username, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references. Standard response time is under 2 hours.
2. Formal complaint escalation — if the initial response does not resolve your issue satisfactorily, request escalation to the complaints team in the same email thread. Formal complaints are reviewed within 5 working days and a written resolution will be provided.
3. VIP account manager — if you hold Platinum, Diamond, or Elite status, you may raise disputes directly with your dedicated account manager for faster resolution.

wlnpkr's decisions on game result disputes are based on the RNG audit log, which records every game action. Results confirmed by the audit log are considered final unless a verified technical failure on wlnpkr's infrastructure is identified as the cause of the disputed outcome.

wlnpkr may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via email at the address associated with their account, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where changes affect your existing rights, wlnpkr will provide at least 7 days' notice before the new terms take effect.

If you continue using wlnpkr after the effective date of any update, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease use of the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without formal notice. The updated date on this page will always reflect the most recent revision, regardless of the change's significance.
